Mark Mydan, OTR/L, CHT

Mark graduated from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy in 1993. He became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 1998. Mark has dedicated his career to Hand Therapy and has worked in specialized Hand Therapy clinics in Arizona (1994-1997) and British Columbia (1997-2015), working closely with surgeons, primary care physicians, and other hand therapists.

Mark served as Vice President of the West Coast Hand Therapy Association and he is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, Canadian Society of Hand Therapists, and West Coast Hand Therapy Association. He has enjoyed the opportunity to teach student interns and has provided mentorship for OTs and PTs pursuing CHT credentialing.

Mark and his family have enjoyed being part of the Bellingham community since 2003. Mark enjoys spending his free time outside by mountain biking, beachcombing, and paddling, just to name a few.
